Byth Chambers specialises in all aspects of Planning, Environment and Local Government Law.

Byth Chambers is named after Judge Leonard Linsay Byth. Judge Byth was the first judge of the Local Government Court (now the Planning and Environment Court), and in that role pioneered Australian urban, planning, development and environmental law. Judge Byth developed and wrote the first rules for that Court, and their philosophy underpins its rules to this day.
